How do I create a card?

You can create a postcard using an image from the  collection, or select one from your own album.

Once you have selected your image, press the "Write Message" button at the bottom of the screen. If you change you mind, don't worry... you can change the image or message at any point before you pay for the postcard.

Next tap

Option 1 - to write your message. Here you can write your message, which can be up to 500 characters in length.

Option 2 - here you can add your signature

Option 3 - Select an address. Here you can either enter the address manually, use an existing contact, or use our Post Code look up facility, which will find the correct address that it should go to.

Next you will need to create an account, if you do not have one already. You will need to enter a valid email address and a password, agree to the terms and conditions and then press the sign up button.

Finally, you will be taken to the Secure Payment page, where you can purchase your postcard. Here you can pay for postcards individually, or if you want to purchase a block of credits, you can make payments of £6.00, £10.00 and £20.00

Once you have entered your card details and your payment details have been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.


I've noticed a mistake. Can I change my order?

You can change (or cancel) your order providing it hasn't already been printed. Please contact us immediately via telephone or email using the contact details provided and we'll do our best to sort it out for you.

When you cancel a card the cost of this card will be credited back to your account to be used on future orders.


I've forgotten my username or password

If you have forgotten your password, don't worry as we can email you a new one. Simply click on the My Account button and click the "forgot your password?" link. Enter your email address and then press send and you should receive an email from us containing a new password and you will be able to login once again. Please be careful when entering your password, as all passwords are case sensitive.

If you do not receive a password reset email, double check you junk mail section of your email client or provider.

Once you've logged in successfully, you can change your password under My Account > My Details

Your username will be the email address that you registered with. If you cannot remember this or need further help, please contact us by email or phone using the details above.


How can I pay?

We accept all major Debit and Credit cards: American Express, Master Card & Visa. In most of our applications, you can also pay using Paypal.

Payments will appear on your statements as Pogopost Ltd.


How much do the cards cost?

All cards cost £2.00, which includes the cost of postage for delivery inside of the UK.

For delivery outside of the UK, all postcards will cost £2.37


Help! I am having technical difficulties.

If you receive an error message or you have issues when using the application, please make note of the following points and contact us.

The more information that you can provide us with, will allow us to quickly diagnose the problem or issue that you are experiencing.

  • Where were you on the application?
  • What were you doing immediately before the problem occurred?
  • If there was an error message, what did it say?
  • Can you take a screen shot of what happened?
  • Does this happen every time you try and place an order?

Before we release any updates to our applications, we endeavour to check that the functionality is working as it should across a range of different iOS software and hardware versions. However, we are only human and sometimes problems slip through the net. If this is the case, we will try to fix the error as quickly as possible.


My card has not arrived yet?

All of our cards are dispatched from printers based in the UK. These cards are then delivered straight into the Royal Mail system on the evening of dispatch.

Once the cards have been dispatched, we are unable to control the delivery process and there is no way of tracking their progress.

Currently all of our cards are sent out via second class and can take two or three days to arrive, particularly during peak periods.

If you card has still not arrived after 10 working days, please contact us and we will arrange for the card to be reprinted.
